You can cancel a paid bots subscription at any time.

To cancel a paid SERP bot first log into your SerpRobot account here.

1) Click on the "Manage Your Bots" item in the left menu or the button in the "Your SERP bot team" section.

2) Click on the red "Cancel Subscription" for the bot you wish to cancel.

If a bot does not have an active subscription then no button will be shown and in their details an Expiry date rather than a renewal date.

3) Enter a cancellation reason and then click the "confirm cancellation" button.

4) Please wait a few minutes whilst we process the cancellation and send you an email confirmation.
